the exclusive amenities fulfilled all our needs. Personal facilities, like the Jacuzzi and Spa centre, were top-notch and extremely relaxing. the Indoor swimming pool and sauna were excellent. the restaurant offers a great variety of meals and drinks, and the bar area is perfect for unwinding. the location is an advantage for transit travelers.

The only minor issue we had was with the service. Although the staff was friendly, they did not inform us about the complementary free meal, and we had to figure it out ourselves.

The location in the tourist-heavy Palazzo Vecchio area was perfect for visiting attractions and finding cafes, restaurants, and shops. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with spacious rooms and a beautiful dining room. Transportation was convenient, with the "Unita" T2 tram stop nearby that goes straight to the airport.
